Frazer Ash is a multimedia artist and designer whose work spans music videos, animation, film, and live events. His mixed-media video for IDLES’ ‘Heel/Heal’ featured in the band’s promotional campaign for the 5th anniversary re-release of their debut album, Brutalism. Other musicians he’s worked with include Mark Chadwick, Papaphone, Luke James Williams, and Exilent.
As an animator, designer, and writer, Frazer has led conception and production of branded content, explainer videos, and live event assets for clients and collaborators including the UK Intellectual Property Office, The Arts and Humanities Research Council, The Sorrell Foundation, Eureka! Entertainment, You See Media, Learning with Experts, and Women in Architecture.
His work as a writer-director commonly mines themes of existential disquiet and the absurdity of the human condition, with the short films Sempiternal, Spin Psycho, and The Birthday Party exploring loss, social anxiety, and isolation respectively. He is currently preparing his debut novel for publication.
